Callback to request brakes to be tightened. Advised to comeback, request never granted only people telling me the car was fine when it was not fine. Concerns were not received and offered a free oil change which was a waste of my time and neglected customer service.

I recently took my car to Best Brakes Auto Repair for a brake pad replacement, and I had an excellent experience from start to finish. The customer service was professional and friendly. They took the time to listen to my concerns and clearly explained what needed to be done and why before starting the work. The technicians completed the job quickly, efficiently, and with great attention to detail. I really appreciated that they did not try to upsell unnecessary repairs — only what was truly needed to ensure the brakes were safe and working properly. The price was fair and competitive, especially considering the quality of the work. I was given a clear estimate upfront, and there were no surprise charges when the service was completed. When I picked up my vehicle, the brakes felt smooth and reliable, and it was clear that everything had been properly checked before returning the car to me. Overall, I highly recommend Best Brakes Auto Repair to anyone looking for honest, fast, and professional brake service. I will definitely return for future maintenance.

Called them before hand told them my make and model told them I’m just looking to get an oil change on my car it has other issues but I just need an oil change. He told me over the phone that’s completely fine and to “come on down!” I drove 30 minutes got to the location for them to tell me they won’t do the oil change or any services on my vehicle just because they “believed” my car could possibly have a rod knock. I told them it was confirmed exhaust leak and I was fixing it at a different shop I only needed an oil change done. They turned me away and told me to leave. Not coming back.

The technicians and owner were very pleasant and helpful. All my questions were answered honestly and I was very satisfied with my experience. They were quick and kept me informed along the way. The GPS took me a back way which made the journey confusing. The correct entrance would be off of Okeechobee right into the golden shoppes plaza on 7800 Okeechobee blvd west palm beach.
